Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fast food or retail environments preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Verbal English communication skills
- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- Certified or willing to obtain ServSafe certification
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Capable of moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in temperature-variable environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Acceptable verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent work ethic and team collaboration mindset
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with the store management team and fellow employees to foster a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Adhere to all company policies, be punctual for scheduled shifts and maintain professional standards
- Cross-train in multiple store departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a fun, energetic attitude while working hard
