We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Store Front Associates, including Barista and Cashier positions, willing to accept challenges and grow quickly within the 85C Bakery Cafe team. These roles require individuals who are detail-oriented, committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and eager to go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a part-time or full-time employment opportunity with weekend availability required, offering a vibrant and fun work environment where teamwork and collaboration thrive. Associates will engage in cross-training across multiple departments, including bread baking, cake decorating, point-of-sale operations, and beverage preparation, enabling employees to develop diverse skills and contribute meaningfully to the success of the store. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in fast food or retail environments preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Verbal English communication skills
Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
Certified or willing to obtain ServSafe certification
Availability for a minimum of 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
Must be 18 years or older
Capable of moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Comfortable working in temperature-variable environments

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or higher
Preferred experience in fast food or retail
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Acceptable verbal communication skills in English
Excellent work ethic and team collaboration mindset
ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department regulations
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Job Duties

Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
Work collaboratively with the store management team and fellow employees to foster a positive work atmosphere
Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
Adhere to all company policies, be punctual for scheduled shifts and maintain professional standards
Cross-train in multiple store departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
Maintain a fun, energetic attitude while working hard
