Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Must have strong verbal English communication skills
- Commitment to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be ServSafe certified and enforce health department regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Acceptable verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork mindset
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health department regulations
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection and commit to enhancing each guest's experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking fresh bread, decorating cakes, making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in various departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Work hard and have fun while performing job responsibilities
