The company is currently hiring Store Front Associates, including positions such as Barista and Cashier, with a focus on weekend availability. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining a positive attitude to exceed customer expectations. Store Front Associates will also work closely with the bakery team, engaging in a variety of duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, making beverages, and operating the point of sale system. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- effective verbal communication skills in English
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certification required
- commitment to punctuality and adherence to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- preferred experience in fast food or retail
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork principles
- ServSafe certified and able to enforce Health Department regulations
- availability to work at least 20 hours a week with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age to apply
