Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Adherence to scheduled shifts and company policies
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple store departments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
- Adequate verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork mindset
- ServSafe certification
- Knowledge and enforcement of Health Department Regulations
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections to enhance guest experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to ensure outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread and making drinks
- Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Adhere strictly to company policies and scheduled shifts
- Maintain a fun and productive work environment
