Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Available to work minimum 20 hours per week
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
Willingness to work on weekends
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Commitment to punctuality and company policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or higher
Fast food or retail experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Acceptable verbal English communication skills
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
ServSafe certification
Ability to adhere to Health Department Regulations

Job Duties

Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
Make memorable connections and ensure the best guest experience
Work cooperatively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service
Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
Be punctual and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
Cross train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
Maintain a fun and engaging work atmosphere
