Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Verbal proficiency in English
- Commitment to teamwork and strong work ethic
- Certified in ServSafe and knowledge of health regulations
- Availability to work weekends and holidays with minimum 20 hours per week
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department Regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours a week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and ensure each guest's experience is the best
- Work collaboratively with store management and team to deliver outstanding service and create a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train in departments including Bread, Cake, Point of Sale, and Bar
- Adhere to all scheduled shifts and company policies
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while performing duties
