We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic 85C Bakery Cafe team, specifically for back of house positions as Cake Decorators. These roles require weekend availability and a passion for baking and decorating high-quality baked goods. As a Cake Decorator at 85C, you will be responsible for ensuring that all pastries meet the brand's high standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work environment, and collaborating effectively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.

This role involves daily operations such as separating, filling, and baking products, alongside inventory management and quality control to ensure consistency with 85C’s standards. Cross-training in other departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar is also expected, providing a well-rounded skill set and teamwork approach. The position requires physical activity, including lifting, standing, walking, and working in variable temperature environments such as coolers and freezers. Employees are expected to adhere strictly to company policies, including health regulations and ServSafe certification requirements.
