We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Back of House Associates at 85C Bakery Cafe. Back of House Associates are expected to provide service that exceeds customer expectations by being attentive and responsive to individual customer needs. This role requires strong teamwork, following directions from store management, and helping to create an uplifting atmosphere for both colleagues and customers. Associates will also cross-train in various departments, including Bread, Cake, Point of Sale (POS), and Bar, enabling them to gain a comprehensive understanding of cafe operations. Training will initially be held at the Stockton location until the Modesto store opens, with mileage reimbursement provided during the training period. Once the Modesto location is operational, training will take place there.

This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
