We are currently seeking talented Associates to join our back of house team in roles such as Baker, Separator, and Cake Decorator. The role involves a combination of baking, cake decorating, separating raw materials, and maintaining a clean, healthy work environment. Associates will perform daily operations including filling, separating, and baking duties, ensuring that each product meets the stringent quality standards of 85C Bakery Cafe. Teamwork and cooperation with store management are vital, as employees are expected to cross-train in various departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Punctuality, adherence to company policies, and upholding health and safety regulations including ServSafe certification are mandatory. The position requires moderate physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent walking, standing, and working in environments with coolers and freezers.
