At 85C Bakery Cafe, we are currently seeking dedicated and talented Associates for back of house positions including Baker, Separator, and Cake Decorator roles. These positions require weekend availability and are ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about growing rapidly within a dynamic team environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Our Associates are expected to be detail-oriented and driven to exceed standards, actively supporting the store’s operations from behind the scenes to ensure every product meets 85C’s exacting quality standards.

The roles involve diverse tasks such as baking, separating, filling, decorating baked goods, maintaining a clean and healthy work environment, and collaborating closely with the management team and other associates. Cross-training is a key element of these positions, allowing team members to develop a versatile skill set by working in various departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar. Punctuality and adherence to company policies are fundamental requirements.   • enforce health department regulations and ServSafe certified
