We are currently seeking talented and motivated Associates for back-of-house positions including Baker, Separator, and Cake Decorator. These roles demand individuals who are dedicated to maintaining quality standards, working efficiently under moderate physical conditions, and are eager to grow rapidly within the company. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service, possess strong organizational skills, and be willing to embrace the fast pace of a bakery environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support our business needs, and associates will have the opportunity to cross-train across departments, including bread, cake, POS, and bar areas, fostering a diverse skill set and team-oriented culture.

In this role, associates are expected to perform daily operations such as baking, separating, filling, and decorating baked goods to meet 85C’s high standards. Maintaining a clean and healthy work environment is paramount, alongside adherence to all company policies and Health Department regulations, with ServSafe certification needed. The role also requires moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, squatting, and standing or walking continuously.
