85C Bakery Cafe is a globally recognized bakery and beverage retail company established in 2004. We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals for back of house baker positions, requiring weekend availability, who are enthusiastic about joining the dynamic and fast-paced environment of 85C Bakery Cafe. Associates are expected to demonstrate commitment to upholding the brand's high standards of pastry quality and store cleanliness while engaging in daily baking operations such as separating ingredients, filling, and baking. As a baker, you will contribute directly to maintaining the company's reputation by decorating quality 85C baked goods, ensuring that all products meet the company’s stringent quality standards, and keeping a healthy, clean work environment.
Furthermore, the position involves teamwork and cooperation with store management and fellow associates to efficiently meet production goals, manage stock levels, and provide customers with fresh products at all times. Cross-training across different departments, including bread baking, cake preparation, point of sale (POS) operations, and barista services, is integral to this role, enabling growth potential and operational flexibility. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and excellent verbal communication in English to ensure smooth team interactions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
The working environment requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead. Exposure to varying temperatures in coolers and freezers is also expected. Safety certification such as ServSafe and adherence to Health Department Regulations are mandatory to maintain the cafe's commitment to food safety and hygiene.

- Decorate quality 85C baked goods
