The Back of House positions at this new Albuquerque store are tailored for Bakers and Cake Decorators who are enthusiastic about the bakery industry and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced retail environment. These positions require individuals who are detail-oriented, dedicated to maintaining the highest quality in all baked goods, and willing to take on challenges with a positive attitude. Weekend availability is mandatory, reflecting the company’s commitment to providing excellent service to customers throughout the week. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, from decorating quality baked goods and performing baking tasks to maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to health and safety standards. Teamwork is a fundamental aspect of this role, as associates work closely with store management and other departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- weekend and holiday availability
- enforce health department regulations
- moderate physical ability including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling and squatting
- willingness to learn and grow
- adherence to company policies and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- preferred experience in fast food or retail

Job Duties
- Decorate quality baked goods
