Currently, 85C Bakery Cafe is seeking motivated and talented associates to join its Back of House team as Bakers and Bread Separators. This role is essential to the daily operations and success of the bakery, as it involves preparing and maintaining the bakery's signature products that meet the company’s high standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and ready to take on challenges within a dynamic work environment. Weekend availability is required, highlighting the need for flexibility and a dedication to supporting the busy periods in the bakery's schedule.
The position involves operational tasks including separating, filling, baking, and decorating quality 85C baked goods. Employees will be expected to maintain a clean and healthy workspace while collaborating closely with the management and other team members to provide outstanding service and uphold the bakery's reputation. Beyond technical baking skills, teamwork and a positive attitude are crucial, as this role contributes directly to the customer’s experience and the overall brand image. - strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skill
