The position requires hands-on participation in multiple facets of bakery operations, including separating, filling, and baking processes. Teamwork is emphasized heavily, with associates working closely alongside store management to ensure excellent service delivery. Additionally, associates are expected to cross-train in several departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar to foster versatility and holistic understanding of cafe operations.
