Responsibilities include decorating 85C baked goods to meet brand quality, maintaining a clean and healthy environment, and performing key daily operations such as separating, filling, and baking baked goods. Teamwork is essential, and Associates will work directly under store management to ensure outstanding service and product quality. This role requires punctuality and adherence to company policies and guidelines. Cross training across departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar is expected to develop a well-rounded skill set.

The job is suited for individuals with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and good verbal communication in English. Fast food or retail experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or higher is required. The position demands moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking nearly continuously, and working with machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Employees might be exposed to various temperature extremes, from coolers to blast freezers. Weekend and holiday availability is a must, and candidates must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
