Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently and with assistance for heavier objects
- ability to bend, handle, pull, reach, push, or stoop as needed
- capability to work in an environment with temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and coolers
- willingness to work with cleaning agents
- regular, predictable, full attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service environment preferred
- knowledge of bakery products preferred
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling instructions
- unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production charts
- package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- decorate special orders or case products
- rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- ensure all products meet company quality standards
- generate labels and price tickets accurately
- clean and sanitize bakery equipment and fixtures
- operate bakery equipment safely
- maintain club policies and procedures
- perform other duties including working in other departments as needed
- maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
