The role of the Bakery Assistant at Butter Pecan Bakeshop offers a unique opportunity to work directly in the cookie dough production facility where meticulousness, speed, and physical stamina are key attributes to success. As a Bakery Assistant, you will play an essential part in the production line, helping to prepare, handle, and package cookie dough while ensuring all processes meet stringent food safety and production guidelines.
