Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast-food
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence
- Understanding of 85C products and company concepts
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Familiarity with daily store operations including opening and closing
- Experience managing a team of ten or more employees
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work full-time including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- AA degree, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast-food
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence and ability to communicate complex information clearly
- In-depth understanding of 85C products and future concepts
- Demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
- Ability to foster an owner mentality among self and subordinating managers
- Experience managing high volume stores with ten or more employees
- Ability to work full-time including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives
- Support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talents
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest
- Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Cross train store associates in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments
- Monitor and meet performance standards including adherence to 85C policies, core values, and standard operating procedures
