The Bakery Department Coordinator role at Wegmans is a dynamic and vital position that operates within a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time position requires availability during morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends. The role offers a competitive hourly wage between $17.50 and $18.00. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability to work full time including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain product appearance and merchandising standards
  • Basic understanding of inventory and ordering processes

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience ordering products and controlling inventory preferred
  • Experience working in a bakery preferred
