We are currently looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about baking, eager to learn, and ready to take pride in their work. The role is perfect for individuals who may not have professional bakery experience but are willing to learn and grow with our business. Starting pay ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases as you gain experience and take on additional responsibilities. The Bakery Assistant will assist with various bakery preparation tasks, including mixing dough, frying donuts, stirring fillings, and managing filling pipping bags. Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of workstations, washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining the bakery, and handling packaging tasks such as folding boxes and applying labels are also key responsibilities. This position offers a hands-on experience in a dynamic kitchen environment, making it ideal for those passionate about food preparation and eager to embark on a rewarding career in the baking industry.
