The position offers a starting pay rate of $16.00 per hour and is based on an in-person work schedule, with shifts primarily during the day. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for the art of baking and a strong ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is crucial in following recipes accurately, managing supplies, and ensuring that customers receive excellent service. Experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided to help you grow into the role.
