Job Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience producing artisan breads and pastries
- able to operate modern baking equipment
- willingness to support other team members including new staff and apprentices
- comfortable with manual heavy lifting up to 50lbs
- full availability including weekends and weekdays
- trade culinary school certificate or diploma
- good understanding of laminating doughs and pastries or willingness to learn
- valid food handler card

Job Duties
- produce a range of in-house artisan breads and pastries
- operate modern baking equipment such as dividers, retarder proofers, sheeters, and dough breakers
- support other team members including new staff and apprentices in learning the craft
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- manage manual heavy lifting when required
- ensure high quality and consistency in baked goods
