The Baker’s Helper role is integral to the bakery operations at Albertsons. This position requires a dynamic individual who will assist in the preparation and finishing of baked goods, working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager to ensure that daily production goals are met with precision and quality. Responsibilities include preparing dough, glazing pastries, applying icing, monitoring oven temperatures, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace. The Baker’s Helper also provides courteous and informative service to customers, sharing product knowledge and answering questions to enhance the customer experience.
