The Baker's Helper plays an essential role in the daily operations of the bakery within Albertsons stores. This position involves assisting with the preparation of dough, glazing pastries, and supporting baking tasks from start to finish. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker's Helper helps plan the production schedule for the day, gathers ingredients, follows recipes accurately and with attention to detail, and plays a crucial part in ensuring baked goods meet quality standards. Typical duties include applying icing to finished products, monitoring oven temperatures, and maintaining an organized, clean workspace.

In addition to baking responsibilities, the role also involves customer interaction—offering courteous, helpful service, answering questions about bakery products, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
