Job Duties
- prepare dough
- glaze pastries
- assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- plan the day's production with Bakery Sales Manager
- gather ingredients
- follow baking recipes with accuracy
- apply icing to baked goods
- monitor oven temperatures
- ensure products meet quality standards
- provide courteous customer service
- offer product information
- answer customer questions
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
