- ability to physically stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties
- prepare dough
- glaze pastries
- assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- help plan the day’s bakery production
- gather ingredients for baking
- follow recipes with accuracy and attention to detail
- apply icing to baked goods
- monitor oven temperatures
- ensure bakery products meet quality standards
- provide courteous and helpful service to customers
- offer product information and answer customer questions
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
