The Baker's Helper position plays a vital role within the bakery operations at Albertsons. This entry-level role involves assisting with the full baking process from preparing dough to glazing pastries, ensuring that each product meets quality standards. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker's Helper helps plan daily production schedules, gathers ingredients, follows recipes with precision, and executes baking tasks with attention to detail.
