Crumbl Cookies is an innovative and rapidly expanding bakery chain renowned for its delectable, high-quality cookies. Founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah by two cousins, Crumbl set out with the mission of perfecting the ultimate chocolate chip cookie, blending the finest ingredients like flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Since its inception, Crumbl has experienced tremendous growth and now boasts over 1200 locations across the United States and Canada. Known for its unique weekly rotating menu, Crumbl offers a wide variety of cookie flavors and designs, introducing new creations every week alongside beloved crowd favorites and original recipes. This dynamic approach ensures that there is always something fresh and exciting for customers to enjoy.

We are excited to announce that Crumbl Cookies is expanding its presence in West Michigan, with a new location opening in Grand Rapids. To support this growth, we are seeking enthusiastic Mixers and Bakers to join our team. These positions are available both full-time and part-time, with shifts running from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Employees will enjoy consistent Sundays off to rest and recharge.

As a Mixer or Baker at our Grand Rapids location, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Crumbl experience to our customers. Mixers are responsible for preparing and mixing dough according to Crumbl’s precise recipes, ensuring consistency and quality with every batch. Bakers take that dough and skillfully turn it into the delicious cookies Crumbl is known for, including balling the dough, frosting, and decorating each cookie with meticulous attention to detail. Both roles require adherence to strict food safety practices, proper storage of ingredients, and thorough cleanliness of the work environment.

Our team members also assist customers by taking orders and providing friendly service that embodies the company’s values. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential for success. Additionally, the ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers and ovens safely and effectively is required.
