Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working as a baker
- ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if needed
- basic knowledge of inventory management

Job Duties
- mixing and baking fresh loaves of bread according to the weekly production schedule
- baking a variety of pastries, cookies, pies, and artistic cakes
- ensuring the quality of ingredients and baked goods
- monitoring inventory levels and notifying when supplies are low for reordering
- performing kitchen-related duties for the cafe as assigned
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery work area
- collaborating with team members to meet production and quality standards
