Job Duties
- Mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking doughs and batters according to established recipes

- Utilizing industrial ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Ensuring products meet Montilio's high-quality standards and inspecting ingredients
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas, including equipment sanitation and adherence to food safety regulations
