Job Duties
- Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and baked goods that reflect Hyatt standards
- support daily resort operations, banquets, and special events
- ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment
- work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet operational needs
