Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and baked goods that reflect Hyatt standards
  • support daily resort operations, banquets, and special events
  • ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment
  • work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet operational needs
