This position offers the opportunity to work in either a day shift from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM or an evening shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with baking done twice daily to maintain optimal product freshness. The ideal candidate will be flexible enough to work about five shifts per week, including weekends and holidays. Experience in baking is preferred as it ensures familiarity with baking processes and quality standards. New employees will start with a training wage of $15.00 per hour, which will increase once the individual is competent to manage full production independently.
