Baker/Crew Member

We are currently seeking skilled and creative Bakers who have a passion for baking and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. This position can be either full-time or part-time and offers a competitive hourly wage of $8.00 to $9.00 per hour, plus tip sharing that typically adds an additional $3 to $4 per hour. Bakers will play an essential role in the day-to-day operation of our bakery, executing recipes with precision, performing quality control on ingredients and finished products, and applying techniques such as the use of icings, glazes, and fillings to enhance the visual and flavor appeal of our baked goods.

In this role, Bakers will also be responsible for directly interacting with customers, answering questions, taking orders, and accepting payments, ensuring that every customer experience is positive and memorable. The position requires strong multitasking skills, as Bakers will need to manage their workstation, maintain cleanliness, and restock supplies efficiently to keep the bakery running smoothly. Bakers must be attentive, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a busy bakery environment. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing for extended periods, handling heavy items, and working with heat and baking equipment.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong foundation in baking techniques. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet customer demands and production schedules. Additionally, all Bakers must hold a valid Food Handlers Permit to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to maintain the quality and safety of all bakery products.
