Job Requirements
- must be able to work early morning hours starting at 3am
- must be able to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- must speak English
- ability to count change accurately
- must be dependable
- able to lift heavy items as required
- willingness to learn and receive paid training
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in retail or customer service is helpful but not required
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills in English
- familiarity with basic math skills such as counting change
- dependable and punctual
- ability to perform some heavy lifting
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- bake and prepare kolaches and sweets
- clean dining area and maintain restaurant cleanliness
- ensure the restaurant is well stocked
- make coffee and prepare beverage orders
- fill customer orders efficiently
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- work collaboratively as part of a team
