Job Requirements
- must be able to work early morning hours (3 am)
- must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- ability to handle some heavy lifting
- must speak English
- basic math skills to count change
- ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- willing to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail or customer service helpful but not required
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- dependable and punctual
- strong communication skills in English
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers
- take and fill customer orders
- bake and prepare kolaches, coffee, and sweets
- clean dining area and ensure the restaurant is well stocked
- count change and handle cash transactions
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
