The role we are hiring for involves a variety of engaging tasks centered around customer service and food preparation in a bustling bakery environment. You'll start with early morning shifts, typically from 2am until about 2pm, where you'll assist in baking and preparing our renowned kolaches, along with coffee and other sweet treats. Beyond baking, the role includes maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring the restaurant is well stocked, operating as a cashier, and providing exceptional service that guarantees customers leave satisfied and delighted. Physical activity is part of daily duties, so stamina and an upbeat attitude are beneficial. Fluency in English is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus. Prior experience in retail or customer service can be helpful but is not mandatory as comprehensive paid training is provided.
