Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Availability to work approximately 28-30 hours per week
- Preferably available from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes closely
- Reliable and punctual
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop baking skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes according to standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station
- Ensure consistency and quality of all baked goods
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Lift and handle baking ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Assist in inventory management and stocking supplies
