Job Duties
- prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- ensure all bakery items meet quality and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery workstations and equipment
- monitor inventory levels and communicate bakery needs to management
- collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
- follow all health and safety regulations in food handling
- assist in receiving and storing bakery ingredients and supplies
