Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of baking experience
- 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
- open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift or push 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
- ability to read and communicate in English
- basic computer skills
- valid DOH certification and required regional food handlers' certifications

Job Duties
- Lead shifts and supervise baking team members
- provide feedback and coaching to team members
- coordinate training sessions for new hires
- prepare baked goods following Levain recipes
- monitor baking times and quality
- manage inventory and ordering processes
- collaborate with management on catering and pre-order fulfillment
