The position also involves maintaining sanitation throughout all bakery areas, including the cooler and prep spaces, which is critical for product safety and quality. Additionally, associates may perform cake decorating clerk duties upon request and assist with receiving and storage of bakery products. Communication is essential in this role as associates relay guest requests to management and report any temperature concerns regarding the storage units. The associate will also support front end duties to ensure minimal wait time and help announce specials and sales to customers. This role requires physical endurance with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain on feet for extended periods. The employment type is typically full-time or part-time hourly, geared toward candidates 18 years or older who enjoy a dynamic work environment with direct guest engagement and teamwork.
