Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience working in a bakery or pastry shop
  • ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3:00 am
  • proficiency in baking techniques and dough preparation
  • food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • perform mise en place for baking production

  • assist in inventory control and ingredient preparation
