Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or baking preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 2:00 a.m.
- strong organizational skills
- ability to follow directions and plan
- physically able to stand, walk, reach, bend, balance, and transport objects repeatedly
- availability to work weekends
Job Qualifications
- passion for baking and food preparation
- prior food prep or baking experience preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to work efficiently and quickly between tasks
- attention to detail
- ability to follow directions and plan effectively
- physical stamina to stand and walk for 8+ hours
- weekend availability
Job Duties
- work early morning shifts from 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- prepare and bake signature items including bagels, artisan breads, and other baked goods
- ensure food safety standards are consistently maintained
- manage inventory and maintain stock levels
- organize tasks and follow directions carefully
- stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- maintain cleanliness and order in the baking area
