The position involves working Monday through Thursday, with hours varying based on production needs and discussed in detail during the interview process. Job Requirements
- Previous baking experience is required
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- Assist with the completion of production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions, and product shortages
- Inform supervisor when supplies are low
- Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area
- Handle food items appropriately and follow all safety regulations during preparation and service
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly and customer-service oriented manner
- Relay relevant customer concerns directly to supervisors
- Exhibit calm, accurate, and efficient performance during peak production and service periods
- Check to ensure all food is presented, served and displayed per standards
- Follow principles of sanitation and safety, ensuring compliance with corporate and OSHA safety standards
- Complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner according to department standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
