Polly's is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity and ensures a welcoming workplace for all qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, sex, or other protected characteristics.

The Baker role at Polly's is essential in the production of all baked goods, from breads and rolls to specialty items like quiche, cinnamon rolls, and muffins. In addition to technical baking skills, this role requires strong organizational capabilities and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Bakers must demonstrate leadership qualities, often working independently while proactively escalating issues to management or coaching staff when necessary. Cross-training in other back-of-house kitchen functions is encouraged to foster versatility and team support. Compensation for this role ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflective of the baker's experience and expertise.
