Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum two years of culinary experience
- Ability to operate and maintain commercial baking equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work varied shifts
- Professional attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Culinary school or culinary institute education preferred
- Minimum two years of culinary experience
- Advanced culinary knowledge in baking
- Ability to operate, maintain, and clean commercial baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and sheeters
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required
Job Duties
- Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
- Start food items that are prepared ahead of time without exceeding estimated needs
- Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, sheeters, and other baking tools
- Date all food containers and rotate stock per policies ensuring perishables are kept at proper temperatures
- Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up
- Note any out-of-stock items or potential shortages and return unused food items to designated storage areas properly covered and dated
- Assist in correcting any food cost issues through controlling waste, loss, and usage
- Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Assist in prep work for the next shift as required
