Job Duties
- Bake fresh pita bread throughout the shift
- prepare and cook pizzettes for service
- restock bakery products and maintain the salad bar area
- complete end-of-night closing responsibilities
- keep the bakery station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- perform assigned deep-cleaning duties
- mix and prepare dough for daily production
- sheet dough and prepare it for baking
- assist with stocking and organizing bakery products
