Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in bakery or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs
- Operates baking equipment following recipes and makeup instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
- Secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise and eliminates waste
- Assists members with purchasing decisions
- Models high-quality service and products
- Completes work assignments and collaborates with managers and coworkers
- Embraces individual differences and fosters a culture of belonging
- Acts with integrity and supports company values
- Delivers results while putting the customer first
- Drives continuous improvements and supports change initiatives
