The Bakery Team Member also acts as a talent ambassador, advocating for the department and embodying the company’s values by providing outstanding service and products. This position offers competitive pay, ranging from $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives and premiums depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and use digital technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in bakery or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately
