Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of baking or pastry experience preferred
  • knowledge of dough development and fermentation
  • ability to follow detailed recipes
  • capacity to work early mornings
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • good teamwork and communication skills

  • strong understanding of dough development, fermentation, and baking techniques
  • excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • ability to follow recipes and execute at scale
  • comfortable working early morning hours and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production standards
  • follow daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of all orders
  • weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately
  • operate and maintain baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofers
  • maintain consistency and quality across all products
  • assist with menu and recipe development as needed
  • monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
