The Baker role at Range Cafe is a full-time position that plays a critical part in the guest experience by ensuring that all bakery products meet set quality standards. Reporting directly to the Bakery Leader, the Baker is responsible for producing bakery products in accordance with standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines. This role requires hands-on participation in the entire baking process including preparation, cooking, and finishing, while maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitary workstation. The Baker also supports the restaurant beyond the bakery by assisting team members during quieter periods and contributing to opening and closing duties. Through comprehensive hands-on training, the Baker will gain exposure to various roles within the cafe, expanding their skill set and preparing them for leadership opportunities. This training fosters a deep understanding of cross-team collaboration and operational excellence.

Key aspects of the Baker position include adhering to food code standards, utilizing baking tools and equipment properly, minimizing waste while maintaining proper inventory levels, and maintaining accurate documentation of food holding and refrigeration temperatures. Job Requirements
